These Terms govern Crescreendo's App Store screenshot creation and editing, cloud storage, version history, and AI connections. Creating an account or using the service means that you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and protect your login methods. You may not use another person's account or evade service limits.
Free and Pro
Free includes one app with multiple projects, manual editing, image replacement, autosave, watermark-free PNG export, and access to the most recent 30 days of version history. New accounts receive a one-time grant of 15 credits to try our built-in AI. The service displays the credit cost of each AI operation.
Pro is priced at US $15.99 per month or US $155.88 per year, billed annually for the yearly option. Pro is the plan for managing multiple apps and full version history. Pro includes 100 built-in AI credits each month; unused plan credits roll over up to 2 times the monthly amount. Credits are not sold separately. External AI and image tools remain subject to their providers' separate billing and limits.
New Pro subscriptions are not yet available for purchase. The prices above describe the planned launch policy. Existing paid rights remain available.
Original reconstruction, editing with your own connected AI, manual editing, and PNG export are free. Built-in Crescreendo AI requires login and sufficient credits. Free restricts access to history older than 30 days instead of automatically deleting it; Pro access unlocks existing history. When Pro ends, you choose one app to edit on Free, while other apps remain viewable and exportable as PNGs. Subscription expiry alone does not automatically delete projects.
Payments, renewal, cancellation, and refunds
For purchases through Creem, Creem acts as Merchant of Record, handling payment, tax, and receipts. The final amount, currency, tax, and billing interval are shown at checkout, and Creem's Buyer Terms apply. Once available for purchase, paid subscriptions renew at the selected interval until canceled.
You can cancel renewal through the subscription-management link in your receipt or Billing. A normal renewal cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Account deletion immediately ends service access and the active subscription. Cancellation or account deletion does not itself refund a previous payment. Refunds and mandatory consumer rights are covered by our separate Refund Policy.
Existing purchases and credits
Valid existing AI subscription rights, held credits, and the price, renewal, and refund terms of existing purchases are preserved. Earlier purchases through another payment provider remain subject to their receipts and applicable purchase terms; the new Pro policy does not retroactively replace them.
Your content and outputs
You retain rights in screenshots and brand assets you upload and in outputs you may lawfully use. You grant Crescreendo a limited license to store, process, and transform that content only to operate the service. You must not upload content that violates another person's copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
Access to a public App Store reference or its reconstruction does not grant redistribution rights in its images, trademarks, or fonts. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions. Saving a project is not consent to publish it. Official template contributions are collected as independent copies only with separate consent, including the disclosed conditions that contributions cannot be withdrawn and their copies are retained.
Connected AI and temporary work
An AI connected through MCP can read, change, and request renders of documents within the project access you approve. You can revoke its connection in Settings. You remain responsible for reviewing AI changes; document conflicts or browser connectivity can require you to retry a task. Use Save to project to keep a draft under your app.
AI outputs
AI-generated copy, layouts, and images may be inaccurate or similar to other outputs. You must review facts, rights, and app-store policy compliance before publication. Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique.
Acceptable use
Illegal, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, malicious, security-testing, excessive automation, resale, and limit-evasion uses are prohibited. We may restrict requests or suspend accounts to protect the service or meet legal obligations.
Availability and changes
Security work, provider outages, maintenance, or product changes may limit or interrupt features. We will use reasonable means to communicate material changes.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Mandatory law controls. These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Korea.
