Crescreendo processes information needed for screenshot creation and editing, cloud storage, version history, and AI connections. The responsible operator is Kangmin Kim, Crescreendo; privacy questions can be sent to support@crescreendo.com.
Information we process
We process account email and OAuth profile, login sessions, app names and descriptions, repository files you authorize us to read, uploaded app screens and brand assets, editor documents, previous versions, render results, generation records, usage, credits, subscription state, and error/performance logs. We also record AI connection permissions and operations, and consent records for separately approved template contributions. GitHub repository tokens are encrypted on the server and are never returned to the browser.
Purposes
We use this information for authentication, private file storage, requested AI analysis and generation, editing and export, billing and credits, security and abuse prevention, incident detection, support, and legal compliance.
Processors and international processing
Supabase provides authentication and database services; Cloudflare R2 stores images and document assets; GitHub provides read access to repositories you connect; and Sentry monitors errors. Vercel provides hosting, performance monitoring, web analytics, and AI Gateway transport for built-in AI requests. The selected model provider, such as OpenAI or Anthropic, processes those inputs. Creem handles purchases made through its checkout under its Privacy Policy, and earlier purchases remain with the payment provider that processed them; Crescreendo receives customer and transaction identifiers and payment/subscription status.
GitHub's broad repo OAuth scope includes private repositories you can access, but Crescreendo calls read APIs only for analysis. Data may be processed outside your country where those providers operate infrastructure.
AI tools you connect
When you connect tools such as Codex or Claude Code through MCP, they can request and process project documents, related assets, and render results within the access you approve. Your requests and tool results are processed under your chosen AI provider's policies. Crescreendo issues separate connection permissions and does not pass service administrator keys or your Supabase session to the external AI. Review and revoke connections in Settings.
User images and public exports
Original uploads are stored in a private bucket and require an ownership check. Outputs you choose to export and publish follow the destination and app-store policies you select; that public export is separate from our private storage of originals.
Retention and deletion
Account and saved project data is retained while you use the service. Unsaved drafts are temporary work; use Save to project to keep them. Free's 30-day history window limits access; it does not mean older records are deleted immediately after 30 days. Assets such as images and fonts needed to restore a version may be retained with that version.
Account deletion removes access and ends Pro immediately, then starts GitHub/MCP connection revocation and account-file cleanup. External cleanup runs asynchronously. Billing records may be retained when required by law. Completed deletion jobs retain only status, timestamps, and error codes for 30 days.
Optional template contributions
Saving a project does not submit it as a public template. Only eligible reconstructions with separate consent are collected as independent copies of source evidence, documents, related assets, and consent records for official template creation and publication. Contributions cannot be withdrawn, and consented copies remain after account or private-project deletion. Declining a contribution does not change your editing, saving, or export access.
Security
We use per-user authorization, private object storage, encryption in transit, AES-256-GCM token encryption, least-privilege credentials, rate limits, and log redaction. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
You can review account information, disconnect GitHub or AI access, or delete your account in Settings. Send access, correction, deletion, or restriction requests to support@crescreendo.com. Contribution retention does not limit your statutory personal-data rights. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the rate-limit database.
